[comp.sys.mac.misc] Apple.com address?

What's the little four-number address for apple.com? (You know - that
"128.2.250.50" thing (for example).) BTW, what's that number called?

I'm trying to ftp from there and "apple.com" isn't working.

Thanks to the dozen or so folks who answered my question so far.

The IP number for apple.com is 130.43.2.2, but I apparently really
wanted ftp.apple.com, IP number 130.43.2.3.

To find these things out in the future, I'll try "nslookup".
