I'm taking a small poll. Have you ever tried to add a nonoevent flag to csh, similar to nonomatch, so that mail x!y sends mail to x!y (assuming the !y history reference fails)? Did you give up in disgust? How many times? Please respond via mail (or not at all) to allegra!honey (honey: Event not found.). Peter Honeyman P.S.: For myself, the answers are yes, yes, 3.
