I am looking for a controller manufactured by X-10 for use with a Mac. The model number was something like X290 and the thing was a standalone power line controller able to be programmed by the Mac, disconnected from the Mac, and then it goes off and addresses and controls X-10 modules at preselected times. Anybody have one laying around gathering dust? Please e-mail me if you would like to get rid of it. Thanks Craig

Aren't these still available in stores? I think I paid about $40 for mine from Egghead Software.

I purchase the IBM PC version, then contacted the X-10 folks, who informed me that I could get the cables and software directly from them, as an exchange.
