How do you get StartupScreens that are bigger than the 9" default? I have tried all the tools that generate StartupScreens such as MacPaintII, SuperPaint and PixelPaint with no luck.

Okay, try this... o Create a startup screen doc with SuperPaint 2.0 o Then on a new document create whatever size doc you want o Cut and paste to the scrapbook o Launch ResEdit o Open and Verify a Res. Fork on the startup doc you created with SP 2.0 o Copy and Paste the PICT to a resource PICT in the newly created Res. Fork o Get info on the PICT resource and give it a ID of 0 (zero). o Close the document under ResEdit o Try Restarting you computer. This is how I did it and it worked just fine. I have a 2 page display and about 85% of the screen has a wonderful drawing by a friend on it when I start the computer up in the morning. Really nice and easy...
