My hard drive icon has become invisibal AND I got a disk stuck in my internal 1.4 meg drive. (And yes a paperclip doesn't work. Its STUCK. ) So Alls I have is my 3.5" 800K external. Thgis has happened before and I had to reformat my hd before I learned that it's just basically the crucial boot blocks that gte messed up and not the other 300 megs of data I had to erase. So are there any utilities out there that will A), acknowledge that I have a hard drive inside even though it's not showing up under normal operation and B), Find and lock out the bad sectors so I can just reinstall 6.0.5 and get MacWrite II up and running before I fail every class I ever had homework in? p.s. - if it's SUM II please just tell me the individual file that will do this, because I think I have that somewhere around my house on different disks.
