Has anyone used any of the cheaper monitors that work with a Macintosh? I'm looking at the goldstar 1450+ which only costs $350 or so and is compatible w/the apple 13" color. At half the price I don't expect it to be perfect, but Goldstar made the mono monitor for the Atari ST and that monitor is GREAT! Especially compared to the Apple offerings in mono (the glary 13" and the overpriced 12") (sorry for the mild flame) So I'm hoping that maybe its just a good monitor at a good price. It's also super VGA at 800x600. Any feedback on this and other monitors (low cost) would be appreciated. Emerson@stat.berkeley.edu
