When using Microsoft Word, my friend typed a document in and then when she tried to print it, it printed on only a page of half length. However, from what I understand, it printed the entire document. When she tried to erase the spaces and press return to reformat, the page preview showed that the first page was completely off the page. Another thing is that when you select the item from the menu that shows all of the paragraph marks, a filled square seems to be all over the document. Checking in the Microsoft Word helpfile, it seems to be a mark that the application puts in automatically. Does anyone or has anyone ever had this problem and if so, what do you do to correct the situation? Please respond to jywong@athena.mit.edu Would appreciate any help. Thanks.
