I have an SE with 20Meg Apple hard disk and 2.5 Meg Memory. Anyone have any
suggestions as to how much I should ask for it.

I've got my IIci on order!!

This subject has been done to death before but here are some hints...
Figure from a Mac Classic when trying to analyze a Mac 512Ke, a Plus
or an SE... Figure from either an LC or an Si when figuring an SE/30
or any Mac II... Since a Classic lists for $995 bare bones (1m, no
hard disk) and $1495 for 2mb, 20mb internal hard disk) That is your
absolute high end comparison. The only functional advantage of the
SE over the Classic is the slot... However, even that may not be
a big advantage since there are suggestions that some kind of Snap-on
slot will be available from third parties... The Classic has added
advantages: 512K Roms, Superdrive (unless you have an SE that had
a Superdrive on it, later models did)... My gut hunch, assuming good
condition on your machine, is that you should hope to get $750...
Much more and you probably have a novice buyer, much less and you
are getting screwed (besides which, if you got less, you might be
better off keeping the machine around as a backup or a doorstop...
