Hello all. I need pointers/suggestions/hints on what's the best way to monitor the number of users using an application over an AppleShare fileserver. Basically, there are several programs of which we own several copies, and would like to make that number of copies available on the server. [I know, ideally ANYONE could use any of them at any time, but there are too many lawyers in our society to permit that :) ] I'd of course prefer a free/shareware solution, but if there are any commercial solutions we could possibly use those or implement something similar ourselves. Any ideas are appreciated. Rob Knauerhase -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Robert C. [snip] Forgive me for quoting my own article (I _did_ shorten it a bit!) but I got *no* replies to the question... Surely someone has solved this problem, right?!?
