"A couple of years ago I say a desk top accessory called "Talking "Moose" which periodically featured a moose character making rude "comments on the screen. My question is, does anyone know where "I can get a copy of this? Thanks CRAYJOHN - Chris R. Johnson It's available from Baseline Publishing, Inc. Memphis TN 901 682-9676 800 926-9676 I don't remember the price, but it's more than the $10 it used to be. He greets me every morning and evening. I set the smart comments to only occur after an hour's wait. I've been running it on an SE/30 and System 6.0.4, so there are none of the compatibility problems I had with older versions. They patch Macintalk a bit. Shirley Kehr

I have heard quite a bit about the 'Talking Moose' CDev, and in recent Months, even figured out what it was. Is it available on an archive somewhere as shareware or public domain, or does it have to be purchased in a store? I'd love to check it out John Feinberg feinberg@acsu.buffalo.edu

This is the company that puts out things like Color MacCheese and INIT Manager. The original Talking Moose was great, but unfortunately it doesn't work with newer systems. There is a demo out there somewhere, I've seen it, but I do not know where one can get it. BaseLine's address is: Baseline Publishing, Inc. 5100 Poplar Suite 527 Memphis, TN 38137 (901) 682-9676 Peter
