I have four 256K SIMMs for sale. Just expanded my Mac II memory to 4 megs. These were originally shipped with my machine, so I imagine they are 120ns (68020 Mac II). Make me an offer (including postage). I'll send them in stat-proof bag + bubble pack + box, so they should arrive intact. -- J.
