[comp.sys.mac.wanted] Kiwi Envelopes Updater for New Postal Rates

I understand that Kiwi software has released an updater for the Kiwi envelopes
program that updates the postage rates to the current USPS standard, ie $0.29
letters. I looked around on sumex. Did i miss it or can i ftp it from somewhere
else?
