I was recently given a Mac512K (the "fat mac"), for which I have obtained a system disk, but no utilities disks. Nor have I any documentation. I assume that the software for accessing the external drive and for initializing and copying disks resides on a utilities disk (or even on two utilities disks?). Could someone verify this, and better still, tell me how to get this ancient disk? Another problem is that the only word processor I have been able to obtain is Microsoft Word, and I imagine MacWrite would be more space-efficient for my purpose (which is to write novel-length text). Any tips on obtaining "fat mac"-compatible MacWrite?
