I've just replaced my SE's 40MB internal HD, which was running very low
on space. The drive has a Sony mechanism and has seen only moderate use
in its one year lifespan. The educational discount at the University of
Minnesota Microcomputer Center lists it new for the outrageous price of
$860. I'm taking offers until Wednesday. Best offer takes it (and, no,
I don't expect anywhere near $860).
I've left various freeware and shareware programs on the drive, but it's
nothing that isn't available via ftp. I also left on my SE-specific
system software. Install it and you're ready to go (unless you don't
happen to like my setup).
Interested parties with offers/questions can email me, but after Wednesday
night (that'll be 6am Thursday morning "Doc Time") no more offers will be
accepted.
