I have a Mac IIci with Apple's 8-24 GC video board, and am looking for a good 16" color monitor to go with it. The vendors I have talked to seem to want to sell their own video boards, and not just monitors. A trinitron would be nice! Any suggestions as to what and from whom would be greatly appreciated. - Gary Chapman chapman@nyu.edu New York University

Gary, Please note that the 8*24 GC can only support a 640 x 480 display at 24-bits per pixel; whereas, the 8*24 GC will support an 1152 x 870 display up to 8-bits per pixel. However, I'm not aware of any 16" display, other than the NEC 4D, that supported at anything other than 640 x 480. Fabian Ramirez SuperMac fabian@cup.portal.com
