I have discontinued my experimental mail server at nic.funet.fi because there is another and more ambigious mailserver coming up. So if you have been using my mailserver sending mail to hv@nic.funet.fi with Subject line as 'funic-request' please do NOT do so anymore. It won't work. Instead of that send mail to mailserv@garbo.uwasa.fi with Subject line as 'garbo-request' and the body of the message containing 'send' and the files you want. I have mounted the pub/mac dir from nic.funet.fi to my workstation (garbo.uwasa.fi, 128.214.12.37) so you can now have all files from nic using my mailserver at garbo (especially if you can't use ftp). Here is an example: % mail mailserv@garbo.uwasa.fi Subject: garbo-request send mac/help send mac/index send mac/appl/tidyitup.sit ^D % Files you get returned are uuencoded and splitted and when uudecoding them you get MacBinary files.
