[comp.sys.mac.wanted] CD-ROM drive for sale

haney@tramp.Colorado.EDU (Trish Haney) (01/06/91)

Brand new drive, still in package, made by CDTechnology using Toshiba's drive
mechanism (the fastest on the market). It's a very compact design, 2" x 6" x 9",
the power adapter is separate and can be exchanged with a 2 hr battery pack for
portable use. The casing is sturdy metal, but the drive only weighs in at 4 lbs.
It can also be used with any PC compatible computer with standard 8-bit bus SCSI
adapter card and the appropriate software driver.

First offer of $595 takes the drive! Macintosh software and cables included.
I'll pay for ground shipping & insurance.

Check the 3/90 MacUser mag for their CD-ROM review (this drive placed tops!)

I posted this earlier, but I'm not sure it made it out there,so here
it is again:

AppleCD SC CD-ROM drive:
-NEW, unopened, (means it comes with the original apple warranty)
-with software for Mac, Apple IIGS, and Apple IIe
	-SCSI
	-etc...

I'm asking $700, and I will pay postage within the U.S.
(Not that I won't consider other offers, although I think $700 is fair)

I'm leaving for home for the summer shortly, so if you have any questions
or an offer, call me after June 14th at: (616) 375-7749. I would prefer
a call, but you can write snailmail to:
