In our lab we have 2 NTX's and one of them has 2-20megs with fonts on it. Since we got the printers we have not been successful in printing the font samples from the LaserWriter Utility program that came with the printers. It will print almost all the fonts and then not print the last few pages. I have tried switching the disks to the other printer with no success. When we only had 1 20 meg on line it would fail to print the last page only. But now that we have expanded the number of fonts and therefore the number of drives the problem has grown. My estimates are that there should be about 16 pages and it stops after 13. The program keeps sending the data to the printer and the activity light keeps blinking but after the 13th page no more samples are produced. I called Apple Technical Support but they had no clues. They said they had and 80 meg and did not have any problems. Has anyone else had this problem and know the solution or is there another program that we can use to print font samples?
