RATS is a highly regarded program that runs on PCs and on Macs. I looked at an older version that seemed fairly comprehensive, but it was defiantly anti-Mac in its interface design. It should do what you want, though.

You might also want to look at Shazam. Ken White (Univ. of British Columbia) has a Mac version available. I've been using it quite successfully on my Mac II. Mark E.
