Does anyone have any pointers to synthesis programs for the Macintosh that will produce samples for the cheaper sampling keyboards ? (esp. Ensoniq Mirage). I have only come across Sound Designer and TurboSynth. Packages for conventional additive synthesis are of interest as well as the more popular methods. Hi Is softsynth still available? It lets you do additive synthesis on your mac (FM too!) and then allows you to transfer the sample to any number of samplers (emax, ensoniq, eII, prophet 2002, etc...) It's a good program, but I haven't seen it in a while. I think its another digidesign product, but I'm not sure. Alchemy is another AWESOME sample editing program-- similar in function to Universal Sounddesigner... Check it out! Mike Sig?? Disclaimer?? Why should I??
