I'm having some strange problems with some of my Excel files. First, I have an IW LQ printer, with the latest Apple driver, which has always worked fine except for this problem. The problem is that occasionally, when trying to print some of the Excel spreadsheets, only the "Best" quality option will be selected- the Faster (mid quality) and Draft are dimmed and cannot be selected. A preview looks okay as far as page layout goes, but when it prints, the outputomes out reduced, I'd say about 1/3 the correct size. The LQ page size is set to full page (it has options for 33% and 66% reduction). A couple of times I'been able to 'fix' the file by making a copy of it (and sometimes, a copy of the copy), and when I open up that and try to print it, it's back to normal. If anyone else has seen this or knows how to fix or solve it, I'd be very interested. Jeff White jeff@eniac.seas.upenn.edu
