[comp.sys.mac.apps] stop sending me Compactor!!

OK, so I was a dope.  GateKeeper was preventing the self-extraction of
Compactor 1.21 from working properly.  Hit the override button and
everything works OK.  Yes, Margaret, the compactor 1.21 at sumex is fine.
