Lately I've been having very bad problems with file transferring. I'm using a UNIX with Xmodem36 and rz (don't know what version), and no matter what protocol I use (xmodem, y batch, zmodem, etc.) it always either never sends the first block, or it stops around block 1024 or 2048. This has happened with both White Knight 11.06 and Zterm 0.85. I'm calling in on an Annex at 9600 baud (although the connection itself is 2400 -- I lock my port speed), and the connection is 8-n-1. Is it something wrong with my modem, or the way I configured my term programs? (I'm on a Mac Classic, using an AST 2x9600 baud modem [old v.29 protocol, but it works great at 2400 or less) ______________________________________________________________________________ Donald Burr, c60a-cz@danube.Berkeley.edu | "I have a seperate mail-address University of California, Berkeley | for flames and other such nega- Majoring in Computer Science | tive msgs; it's called /dev/null."
