Has anyone out there seen a version of BinHex that works in an MS-DOS environment? I am trying to use some of the sound-files (Re-mac, etc.) from several archive servers, but all of them (in the info-mac directories) have been BinHex-ed - and I don't have anything to "HexBin" them, so to speak. I do have an unstuff program that works in MS-DOS, so I'm ok as far as that goes. Any pointers to existing software (if any) will be appreciated! Please e-mail me at the address below. There are unix utilities there which should be readily usable on MS-DOS. send $MACARCH GET UNIX/UNXBIN.SHAR $MACARCH GET UNIX/XBIN.SHAR and wait a few days, as little as a couple of hours depending. If you have BITNET access, you can get them instantly. -- Laird J. Heal The world is my office. Home: laird@slum.mv.com (Salem, NH)<---I charge for opions, though. Away: laird@shinet.chi.il.us
