[comp.sys.mac.apps] Going back in Word

Guess the list of files open in MS Word that u find under the menu selection
"window" could be made to work with option and-or command keys in the "work"
menu you can add to the menu bar. See the instruction book under "work menu"
in the index. I might have to try this out myself - thanks for sparking the
idea.

Is it possible to persuade MS Word 4 to "go back" more
than 4 positions? I use the "go-back" command (by pressing
0 on the numeric keypad, usually) to toggle back and forth
between the several documents that I normally have sitting
on the desktop at once. Often I need to find my place in
a document I was using a few minutes ago, but I discover that
after editing something in another window, all four "go-back"
positions are used up and I have to resort to hunting with the
mouse.

My SE/30 has plenty of memory to handle a few more go-backs,
it seems to me. Anyone out there know if I can get, say, 10
positions to be "remembered" by the go-back command? E-mail and
I'll post if there's interest. As always, Thanks in Advance.

P.S.: in case it isn't PAINFULLY obvious from this post, I am no
hacker. Please keep suggestions at the "drooling ape" level of
computer intelligence and I might be able to comprehend them.
