One of the users that I help has a very interesting and weird problem that I have never seen before. He has created quite a few files with MS Word 4.0c but he cannot change their names. More accurately, he can change their names in the finder but after that is done they cannot be accessed from MS Word. An error message of "cannot open file: <filename>" is shown. He has reported that he has also gotten the error, "file is busy". If I change the name back to the original name, the files can be openned. This occurs if the file is "double-clicked" or openned from the application.
