Are there any known problems with the 4.2 uda driver?

I am trying to get 4.2 up on a VAX750 with two RA80 disk drives.
I can boot from the tape and config a new system but after I bring
it up multiuser the system panics with:

bad block 34689025, /: bad block
bad block 34689025, ino 1260
bad block -804973989, /: bad block
    .
    .
    .
dev = 0x900, ino = 1260, fs = /
panic: ifree: freeing free inode
syncing disks...

This happens with only two users logged not doing anything special.
I bring it back up only to have the same thing happen within a half hour,
not always the same inode, not always bad block messages either. Sometimes
it just says:

panic: ifree: freeing free inode

I have also seen (not consecutively and not with the bad block messages )
these two messages:

mcr0: soft ecc addr 521 syn 3b
mcr0: soft ecc addr af1 syn 29

DEC has run diagnostics on the memory and even replaced a board for the hell of
it. Also the system runs VMS just fine.

The total configuration is VAX 750, 2M of memory, mcr0, uba0, uda0, ra0, ra1,
hl0, rl0, rl1, zs0, ts0, dz0, dz1, dz2, dz3, lp0.

Any information or helpful hints at finding this problem would be appreciated.
