Is there any way in Word (or in any other program for that matter) to skip every other page when printing a long document? I' d like to be able to create double sided pages without having to print the whole thing twice or doing it one page at a time. Thanks Tony

I' d like to be I don't know of a way to do this in Word, but if you have PageMaker you can just dump your Word document into a Pagemaker doc (hold down the command key as you place, and it will automatically create as many pages as you need). Then when you print, choose the Options button, which allows printing Odd (i.e., right-hand) or Even (left-hand) pages only. --Kathy -- ........................................................................... : Kathy Strong : "Try our Hubble-Rita: just one shot, : : (Clouds moving slowly) : and everything's blurry" : : clouds@ccwf.cc.utexas.edu : --El Arroyo : :..........................................................................:

In Word 3.02 I used to print alternate pages throught the Page Preview mode. Note, however, that the file must be set up with Facing Pages (in Page Setup). I don't know if it still works with 4.0, because I haven't had need of that feature recently, but it would greatly surprise me if it didn't still work. _try_ setting the even/odd margins and even/odd headers in the document dialog. Thats what I gather from the manual, which is as unambiguous as usual :-( -- -george @sol1.lrsm.upenn.edu
