The secretaries in our office (for whom I provide Macintosh support rather poorly) are interested in an application to facilitate chopping addresses out of documents and printing them on envelopes. Our laser printer has an envelope tray so ideally they could save the address part of a letter to a file or something and at the end of a dozen letters or so, switch trays and fire off the addresses to the printer one after another without having to worry about formatting the output to any great extent. Does such a thing exist? Any alternative solutions? We are using mainly Microsoft Word 4.0 and Claris MacWrite 5.0 (don't know how long before we upgrade). We are able to print envelopes out with a certain amount of c & p'ing but it still seems kind of tedious. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Matthew leemc@csri.toronto.edu
