A text-formatter I wrote to produce a RTF output file for conversion to Microsoft Word native format is producing some strange behavior. The file I produced is fairly large (1.8 M), and has 176 section breaks. The conversion to RTF seems to proceed normally, and the file looks fine in Word, but any attempts to read the file after saving in Word's native format fail. I was able to segment the file and read it successfully, but I'd rather not have to do things this way. Anyone with ideas?
