[comp.sys.mac.apps] Margin limits: Imagewriter and Macwrite II

What are the margin limits (top, bottom, left, write) that can be
specified on a MacWrite II document so that it can be printed correctly
on an ImageWriter II printer without clipping?  Is there an easy way
to convert to appropriate margins for subsequent printing on a Laser
Printer???
