Mail from from Alladin was received by our host today, 28 Dec., and was "postmarked" 26 Dec. at the point of origin. The mail explanation was substantially the same as my paraphrase of Mr. Gonzalez phone message. Aladdin does indeed provide speedy and helpful product support!
