I have the following problem with Telnet (either BYU 2.3.4 or NCSA 2.3) and MacTCP 1.0.1 - I'd be logged on for a while and all of a sudden my windows (no more than three open) disappear and I get a system error with ID 33 [ZcbFree parameter goes negative - whatever this means]. Has any one seen this error before? I don't think this has something to do with the system heap because I've boosted the size of the sys. heap. I do not have this problem with NCSA's TCP driver. I cannot seem to find out which init/cdev causes a conflict because the problem appears to be quite random (bombs vary anywhere between 30 secs to 2 hours). I would really appreciate any solutions or helpful suggestions. I'm running System 6.0.7 (Multifinder 6.1b9) and the following inits/cdevs: AfterDark 2.0, ATM 2.0, ClickChange 1.03, Disinfectant 2.4, DiskExpress 2.04, DiskTop 4.0, SuitCase II 1.2.8, SuperBoomerang 2.0.3 SuperClock 3.9, Tops 3.0 Thanks in advance Dinesh (prabhu@amelia.nas.nasa.gov)
