I have got a postscript file (produced on a UNIX system) which I would like to print on a colour laser printer attached to a Mac. None of the applications I have tried - Mac Draw, Paint, Illustrator, PowerPoint, ..., will read this file, as presumably it doesn't contain their special postscript commands or definitions. Illustrator attempts to open the file but complains about an illegal command at the end. Please can anyone help - e.g. are there any applications that could read a foreign postscript file and print it? or has anyone got an idea how I could turn this file into an Illustrator-type file (say) by editing in some set of postscript definitions to it before shipping it across from UNIX to Mac? Thank you for any help.
