[comp.sys.mac.apps] Ram disk for IIx

an anyone recomend a RAM disk application or utility that will work
on mac IIx computers running system 6.05?  I tried RamDisk+ 2.11
but it freezes the screen on the Mac IIx computers.
     Any suggestions?
