OK... I _KNOW_ this has probably been asked 1.5 zillion times, but I don't recall seeing it in any kind of FAQ list... =) Does anybody know of any FTPable printed circuit board (PCB) routing programs for the Mac? I found one today on 'sumex-aim.stanford.edu', which is a pretty much DIRECT port from an IBM version. (Read: Yecchhh!) Although it is better than nothing, I would REALLY like a more Mac-inized program. I don't have any problem with the way the program - "PCB Cad" - currently handles input files - I can key them like that, and I like its ability to have "include" files for common ICs, and it's easy to add your own. But I _would_ like a better viewing program, and obviously a print program that supported PostScript!! ;-) Also, one that supports "edge connectors" - so cards that plug into slots can be easily implemented. I assume in "PCB Cad" the only thing I can do is define "holes" where I need the connections, and manually extend them to the desired format. Any information would be greatly appreciated! If there's interest, I will post a summary to c.s.m.apps. aTdHvAaNnKcSe, Eddy J. Gurney -- Eddy J. Hola Mac world, My brother just got a keyboard (lucky him) and he's looking to hook it up to his Mac Plus. So, if anyone is feeling benevolent I would appreciate pointers to cheap (or public domain) MIDI stuff, if any. FTP sites would be good! I guess it would also be a good idea to solicit advice on throwing together a cheap MIDI system (Mac-wise). This is for a non-computer type who just wants to play around with electronic music.
