Brief question: When I do a "Get Info" on the Finder file in my System folder, my Mac II bombs. This is with Sys. 6.0.7. I noticed the same problem on another machine (Mac IIcx) running Sys. 6.0.5. Anyone else have this problem? Is it just because the Finder is busy and can't check itself? Thanks. -Ralph rgonzal@chowder.rutgers.edu

Gatekeeper Aid version 1.0 was known to cause this problem, if memory serves. Are you running this INIT? Thanks for your replies. I am using Gatekeeper Aid, so I expect this is what caused the problems. -Ralph
