Since Robert Wahl's employers won't let him forward anonymous news from
closeted gays, I hereby volunteer to help take up the slack: items sent
to me over the net will be forwarded to desired newsgroups with serial
numbers filed off. Unfortunately I don't have the time to interface
snail mail to the net as Robert Wahl offered to do, so regular UUCP mail
only, please. Remember to include a pseudonym for replies and it would
be very nice if you would place something PROMINENTLY at the head of the
item indicating that it is not personal mail for me and what newsgroup(s)
you want it posted to.
Since I don't know what volume of mail may ultimately result from this,
I won't make any guarantees as to how long I can do it. I would also
hope that a few others on the net will make a similar offer. And although
I won't censor anything, if anyone asks me to forward abusive flames or
other unwarranted material, I reserve the right to bitch back (privately,
of course) at the sender.

Though I am in favor of direct postings to 'net.motss', I am quite willing to forward messages to the group on the same terms as ut-sally!riddle. You may send material to 'decvax!wivax!dyer'. Still, one should realize that privacy in UUCP mail is, at best, illusory. /Steve Dyer decvax!wivax!dyer
