I wrote a letter to Aladdin about a feature I wanted in Stuffit Deluxe. I
went to post the letter, looked in my letterbox, and found a free unsolicited
copy of Stuffit Deluxe 2.0 sitting there with the feature I requested. Now
I admit that the service could have been better - they could have sent me
the 2.0 version a day earlier and saved me the wasted time writing the letter.
But as it was, the service was pretty good (PS I live in New Zealand).

I have to admit, however, there is a slight problem. Some bits of code were
missing from the program (encryption functions). Are Americans afraid that
us foreigners are going to send secret coded messages to whats-his-name in
Iraq or something.

Cheers
Tony
