About a week ago, I asked for comments on TScript (a postscript interpreter for non-ps printers) and I got several pieces of mail recommending Freedom of Press (Light). Well, I ordered FOP-L and now I am returning it. It hangs my system when it tries to interpret %-shaded ps objects. (Rotational text and other stuff worked fine.) Since my 2 criteria for such a package was rot-text and %-shading, it failed the test. So, folks, the question is: any OTHER ps interpreters I should try? TScript is out of the running (no MBG and other users warned me off it); I have a Mac Plus (4 Meg) with an HP DeskWriter printer. It's not critical, just a nice-to-have...
