I've got a problem on my ci, and thought I'd ask netland for help. I have Quark 3.0, and an old PixelPaint (1.0 or so) I bought off of a friend. I also have a TI Microlaser PS/35... that's the background. Now the problem... any file drawn in PixelPaint and saved in PICT will print fine from PixelPaint (because PixelPaint does a ton of preprocessing), but when I load that same picture into Quark and try to print, the printer coughs and says "Error: Limitcheck, Offending Command: Image". I've got a few ideas about what it might be, but I thought I'd ask for help from all of you Mac gurus... 1) Maybe the version of PixelPaint I have (which is about three years old) is writing out messed up PICT files... 2) Maybe Quark is just not able to read them, or 3) Maybe the TI has a newer version of Postscript built in than the programs can deal with (I dunno, I'd like to think the error is just in PixelPaint, since it is three years old). Any ideas out there? Thanks in advance... Hank.
