[comp.sys.mac.apps] MS Word - Collated Copies?

Whenever I print multiple copies of a 
document, Word insists on printing 
each page x number of times in a 
row instead of printing the entire
document x number of times.

This requires me to have to sort 
the document to collate it.

For example if I wanted to print
three copies of a 5 page document,
Word would give me the pages in the 
following order;

1 1 1 2 2 2 3 3 3 4 4 4 5 5 5

What I want is;

1 2 3 4 5 1 2 3 4 5 1 2 3 4 5

Anyone got a clue how to do this?

Try using Print Merge.  Set up a document with a number of 

<<INCLUDE yourdoc>>

lines equal to the number of copies of your document that you want printed, and
do a Print Merge.  You can print to a document rather than the printer to test
it first.
