Whenever I print multiple copies of a document, Word insists on printing each page x number of times in a row instead of printing the entire document x number of times. This requires me to have to sort the document to collate it. Set up a document with a number of <<INCLUDE yourdoc>> lines equal to the number of copies of your document that you want printed, and do a Print Merge. You can print to a document rather than the printer to test it first.
