One way to get ResEdit 2.1 (yes, it's really 2.1) and some useful information about it is to buy the book by Peter Alley and Carolyn Strange, ResEdit Complete (Addison-Wesley, 1991, paperbound, $29.95), which includes a floppy disk containing ResEdit 2.1. The first author was the project leader for ResEdit at Apple.

Hi there, The answer to your question is BIX (Byte Information Exchange). It is a commercial system (Costs USD 38 / 3 months). We here obtained that from there.
