I am trying to compile the application from neural-nets.hqx file at sumex-aim.stanford.edu. Currently I cannot compile it because a missing header file "storage.h" as well as several linker errors when trying to link without the header file. Does anyone know how I can compile the application, or where I can get the header file "storage.h".
