[comp.sys.mac.apps] A/T Full Impact 1.1 questions

I'm considering buying an "old" Ashton Tate Full Impact v. 1.1. 

  Is it buggy? Should I wait for v 2.0?  Should I buy something else?

  Does it directly import Excel files or is there some
    conversion process involved?

  Is it Excel-like, 1-2-3 like or neither?
