Hi, I am looking for some help/advice. My brother-in-law is a physician in NYC looking to computerize his practice. He uses a mac at home and really likes it. He would like to use a mac based system to computerize his practice (two offices with three workstations each) with a mac alternative, but we can't seem to find any. In the PC world, (hisss, boooo) there are a number of companies around that will come in and do the whole job (i.e. get the hardware, install software, set up links between the two offices, provide training and backup, etc.) Does anyone out here in wide wonderful world of mac's know of anyone offering the same type of service in a mac based system ????
