I apologise in advance if this question has been asked many times before... How do you generate a postcript output file from MS-WORD4? In the documentation I found a lot of things about how to include existing postcript files in a WORD document, but nothing about generating postcript output. It should be possible, for instance by redirecting the printing output to a file, but how do I do that? thanks in advance, -- --Sylvain R.Y. Following a previous posting, I was able to generate a Postcript file (or so I thought). There was a just a slight problem though - the file wouldn't print. I tried to print using SendPS on the Mac and using laser printers on a Sun. Each time the error message was about a bad command in the postscript file. The steps that I followed on the Mac were: 1. Disabled background printing through the Chooser. 2. Held command-F immediately after selecting Ok in the Print dialog box. This generated a file called Postscript0. Am I using an old version of a file? Thanks in advance. -- tony encarnacion
