[comp.sys.mac.apps] Nisus XS Upgrade -- when anmd where?

I heard that Nisus XS will be the system 7, appleEvents, etc, upgrade
for Nisus.  Has anyone gotten it?  Know where/when it can be gotten?

WHat are the features?  I've heard:

-- AppleEvents (any custom ones?)

-- CLaris' XTND

-- 32-bit clean

-- ???
