"| "| Centered Vertically "| "+------------------... Select all text in the table (Option double-click the table). Use Format Paragraph to set identical space before and after (I use 5 points) Gotcha: If you more than one paragraph in a cell, and don't line that spacing between paragraphs, you'll have to reselect those paragraphs and change the spacing after.
