Does anybody out there in the net-universe know how to do combined footnotes and endnotes in Word 4.0 in such a way that you retain the auto-update capabilities for the foot-/end-note numbers? As far as I can tell, you can only have automated footnotes OR endnotes but not both. If there's some way to do this outside of Word 4.0, I'd greatly appreciate it!
